Titanium Low Fin Tube
Titanium Low Fin Tube
Product Description
Titanium Low Fin Tube (Integral) is a high-performance enhanced heat transfer tube manufactured through a precision extrusion process. During production, the outer surface of the base tube is mechanically deformed to form uniform low fins, ensuring 100% metal-to-metal bonding without welding or filler materials.
Compared with plain tubes, low fin tubes significantly increase the external heat transfer area while maintaining the same base tube diameter. This allows seamless integration into existing shell-and-tube heat exchangers without requiring modification of tube sheets, baffles, or piping systems.
Manufactured in compliance with ASTM B891, titanium low fin tubes are especially suitable for corrosive environments such as seawater cooling systems, chemical processing plants, and offshore platforms.
