L-Type Finned Tube
The trapezoidal cross-section formed by the rolling process of the L-type finned tube matches the heat flux density distribution. The fin and tube are tightly bonded, resulting in high thermal efficiency and effectively eliminating the contact thermal resistance caused by gaps between fins in conventional finned tubes.
Operating Temperature:
≤ 230°C
Features:
● Manufactured by a wrapping process, ensuring high production efficiency
● Uniform fin spacing
● Good heat transfer performance and high finning ratio
● The base tube is well protected from atmospheric corrosion
Applications:
Mainly used in air coolers and air heaters in industries such as petrochemical, power generation, papermaking, tobacco, and building heating, as well as air heaters in spray drying systems for vegetable protein powder, starch, and other products in the food industry.
