A‍‌‍‍‌ bi-metallic tube is most often used to manufacture this fin configuration. Typically, the outer tube is made of aluminum or copper while the inner tube is made from a wide variety of base materials. The production process involves plastically deforming and rolling the outer tube material outward to make continuous integral fin structures along the whole tube length.

Since the fins are fabricated directly from the outer tube material itself, an integral fin is achieved which is extremely durable and is thermally conductive. Also, the extrusion process guarantees a very tight contact between the fin and the tube wall, which limits thermal resistance and enhances heat transfer efficiency.

Corrosion protection is another significant benefit of this design since the outer aluminium or copper sheet totally encloses the base tube, thus protecting the inner tube material effectively. Extruded fin tubes may be made from bi-metallic or single-wall mono-metal tubes depending on application needs.

The highest operating temperature recommended for extruded fin tubes is ‍‌‍‍‌280°C.

Because‍‌‍‍‌ of its special design, the bimetallic extruded finned tube has in a very high degree the properties which give the ability to adapt to the environment:

Very High Mechanical Strength: The fins are actually part of the body which gives great sturdiness to the whole structure. They undergo very high-pressure water washing (for soot cleaning), and even if subjected to severe vibration, they will neither deform nor become loose.

High Temperature Resistance & Thermal Shock Resistance: It is capable of very stable operation under conditions of heat and cold alternations because there are no mechanical gaps. Its maximum operating temperature is usually 310°C while special treatments allow it to withstand even higher temperatures.

Outstanding Corrosion Resistance: Besides protecting the base tube entirely, the aluminum fin surface is in most cases anodized to increase its anti-corrosion ability. It is therefore very appropriate for use in highly corrosive areas such as marine and chemical plant environments.


Polished Surface: Extruded fins' surface is highly polished and without folds. This feature reduces the resistance of air flow (less wind resistance) and at the same time it makes dust adheres less and condensate drains easily, which altogether results in the good capability of ‍‌‍‍‌“self-cleaning”.

We are titanium tube manufacturer producing from melting titanium sponge, extruding hollow billet, rolling to finished tubes and destructive test mechanical test, chemical analysis, non-destructive tests like Ultrasonic test, Eddy current test, Pneumatic test and hydrostatic test are available in house.

Beside titanium tube production line, we also have finning lines. Our factory is still expanding and will invest more on finning facilities.

 

2. How many workers are there in your factory?

Till 2026, we have 210 staffs.

 

3. How fast can you deliver the materials?

It depends on the size and quantity, the standard time is 45 days.

 

4. What is the payment term you can offer?

Standard term is 30% T/T in advance, balance before shipment. L/C is also acceptable. It can be discussed based on different project.

 

5. Can you provide third party inspection service?

Yes, we can arrange BV/TUV/SGS/LR etc inspection. EN10204 3.2 certificate can be provided.

 

6. What is your annum turnover?

For 2025, we have had 100 million US dollars turnover for our whole group including factory and the export company.


7. What is the percentage of your export and domestic market share?

Approximately 30% of orders are for export and 70% are for domestic market. However we are aiming to increase more investment on export and hopefully the percentage can be 50-50 in the near future.
